About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Mechanical Engineering Co-op position for the Fall 2027 term. You will work in Louisville, Kentucky, from August 16, 2027, to December 10, 2027. The role operates under a hybrid work model, allowing you to coordinate with your leader on a flexible arrangement that balances team and individual needs. Housing and relocation assistance is available for eligible students.
What you'll do#
- Partner with a mentor to set goals and complete deliverables that support business objectives.
- Execute technical assignments in areas including New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, and Modeling and Simulation.
- Participate in development and training sessions to build your technical skills.
- Engage in networking opportunities and community volunteer projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- A graduation date of May 2028 or later.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
