About the role#
The Commercial Year-Round Co-Op program offers students the chance to work with experienced leaders on business objectives within Marketing, Sales, and Owner Channel organizations. This is a part-time role requiring 20 to 25 hours per week during the Fall and Spring semesters, with the possibility of increased hours in the Summer. Upon strong performance, co-ops may interview for full-time positions in the Commercial Development Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support Retail or Contract National Account Sales.
- Assist with Direct Sales, Owner Channel, and eCommerce initiatives.
- Provide support for Lead Generation and Parts Sales.
- Contribute to Marketing and Brand activities.
- Conduct Consumer Insights and pricing analytics.
- Assist with Sales Operations and training tasks.
- Participate in professional development sessions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student in a 4-year accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall grade point average.
- Expected graduation date of May 2028 or later.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
