About the role#
The Commercial Year-Round Co-Op program offers students the chance to work with experienced leaders on business objectives. You will gain exposure to our Marketing, Sales, and Owner Channel organizations. This is a part-time position, typically requiring 20 to 25 hours per week during the school year, with the potential for increased hours during the summer. High-performing co-ops may have the opportunity to interview for our full-time Commercial Development Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in areas such as retail or contract national account sales, direct sales, eCommerce, lead generation, parts sales, marketing, brand management, consumer insights, sales operations, training, and pricing analytics.
- Work effectively and efficiently to deliver consistent results.
- Achieve established goals and seek out new challenges.
- Address routine problems by interpreting work direction and adjusting your approach as needed.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with your team.
- Attend professional development sessions to build your skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in a 4-year accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall grade point average.
- An expected graduation date of May 2028 or later.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

- Work modality includes on-site and hybrid options.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
- The program terms cover Summer 2027, Fall 2027, Winter 2028, and Spring 2028.
