About the role#
We are looking for a Technical Support/Trainer Intern to join our Security team for the Summer 2027 term. Based in Canton, this hybrid role requires you to work from the office three days each week. You will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, customer support, technical documentation, and product education while working alongside our experienced team members.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the review and resolution of routine technical support inquiries.
- Reproduce reported issues and escalate complex matters with clear documentation.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Create and update troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and technical resources.
- Support training materials by assisting with scheduling, attendance tracking, and material preparation.
- Test training exercises and product demonstrations for accuracy.
- Track recurring feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain records in support and learning systems.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, or cloud-based applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn from feedback.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and with a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
