About the role#
This internship offers a chance to support various initiatives across our Sales, Real Estate, IT, Human Resources, and Legal teams. You will gain hands-on experience by conducting market research, reviewing analytics, and making recommendations based on your findings. This is a three-month program designed to help you understand company operations and professional systems.
What you'll do#
- Develop a working knowledge of company operations, reporting tools, and internal systems.
- Partner with teams on process improvement initiatives to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage data entry and extract information from specific systems.
- Collaborate on projects that provide practical experience in a professional environment.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a college or university working toward a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
- Preferred: Junior or senior class standing.
- An interest in industry trends, technology, and data analytics.
- Ability to work well within cross-functional teams.
- Initiative to act as a self-starter.
