About the role#
As a Finance Intern, you will support various initiatives while working alongside the Finance and Sales Operations teams. This role provides exposure to company systems, reporting, and analytics. You will learn internal processes and contribute to team recommendations based on your findings.
What you'll do#
- Develop an understanding of company operations, reporting tools, and internal systems.
- Partner on process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate data entry and extract information from specific systems.
- Assist with Data Governance and document best practices.
- Work on auxiliary finance projects to gain practical experience.
What you'll need#
- A High school diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- A self-starter approach with the initiative to ask questions.
- Junior or senior class standing is preferred.
- Curiosity about industry trends and an interest in technology.
- A general understanding of data analytics.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in Modesto, California.
- The position is full-time and paid at an hourly rate of $22.50.
- This is a rolling term internship.
