About the role#
This internship is a structured nine-week program designed for students to explore various aspects of our organization. You will gain exposure to construction, engineering, manufacturing, and project management functions. This role is intended for freshman and sophomore students.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured nine-week rotational program across up to 15 different business areas.
- Collaborate with leaders and team members across multiple departments to gain a broad understanding of business operations.

- Applicants should be primarily freshman or sophomore students.
- Education, experience, and travel requirements are dependent on specific positional needs.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Olathe, Kansas.
- The internship takes place during the Summer 2027 term.
- This is a full-time, on-site, and paid position.
- The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, between 6 am and 6 pm, though hours may vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test.
