About the role#
The IT Intern provides support and assistance within the Business Technology department. You will work on various projects, tasks, and daily operations to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. This position requires an ability to follow established procedures while contributing to team initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Business Technology Supervisor.
- Research documented items to find solutions for incidents and service requests.
- Respond to Level 1 support requests via phone, chat, or system responses.
- Log activities and update call information in the tracking system.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner to resolve issues or escalate calls.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
What you'll need#
- Some education completed in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to follow established processes.
- No previous work experience is required.
Location & details#
- Location: Menasha, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, between 7 AM and 5 PM.
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid position. Sponsorship is not provided.
