About the role#
This is an engineering focused internship based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will support the engineering department by working on New Product Development and productivity processes. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position for the Summer 2027 term.

- Create, detail, and document engineering and cross-functional processes.
- Work on New Product Development initiatives.
- Improve overall project execution.
- Help reduce design, financial, and timeline risks.
