About the role#
This Co-op position supports engineering teams at Franklin Electric through hands-on technical work. You will connect your academic studies to real-world challenges in product development, testing, and manufacturing. You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers to complete defined projects and contribute to the development of safe and reliable products.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects under the direction of experienced engineers.
- Analyze data and document your results.
- Assist with product, process, testing, and manufacturing challenges.
- Contribute to the cost-effective development and improvement of products and processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
