About the role#
This Co-op position supports engineering teams at Franklin Electric through hands-on technical assignments. You will connect your academic studies to real-world challenges in product development, manufacturing, and testing. You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers to complete defined projects and contribute to the improvement of our products and processes.
What you'll do#
- Complete defined engineering projects.
- Analyze technical data and document your results.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of products and processes.
- Assist with product, process, testing, and manufacturing challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an engineering academic program, specifically Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Ability to support engineering teams with hands-on technical assignments.
- Ability to work under the direction of experienced engineers.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
