About the role#
We are hiring an Information Systems Co-op for a full-time, temporary position based in Surrey, British Columbia. This role supports our IS operations team during the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site for a duration of 4 or 8 months.
What you'll do#
- Provide first level technical support for personal computing and related equipment.
- Install, upgrade, and perform maintenance tasks on hardware.
- Configure laptops and desktops for end users.
- Update software records and internal documentation.
- Assist IS project teams with ongoing tasks.
- Manage and resolve user support requests.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Computer Information Systems or equivalent program.
- Active enrollment in a recognized Co-op program.
- Experience with Microsoft products.
- Training in network infrastructure, specifically Cisco.
- Training in IP telephony.
- A valid driver's license.
