About the role#
This internship focuses on Food Safety and Quality Assurance with a specific emphasis on sanitation. You will gain hands-on experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment while contributing to real projects that support our operations.
What you'll do#
- Lead the trial and evaluation of a new sanitizer.
- Take on additional projects based on current business needs as the start date approaches.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals throughout the summer.
- Present your project outcomes to the executive leadership team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program in a related field.
- Junior or Senior class standing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- A demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in this field.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- The term runs from early June 2027 through mid-August 2027.
- You must be based near our Middleton, WI headquarters or a Foremost plant location.
- You must be willing to travel to various Foremost plant locations up to 75% of the week.
