About the role#
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer co-op to join our R&D team. You will work on our production platform, testing integrations that connect payroll, recruiting, and HRIS systems. This role involves real work on live products used by our clients. You will be part of a remote team and will work closely with developers to ensure data moves accurately between systems.
What you'll do#
- Write and maintain automated test suites using Java.
- Design tests that address common integration failures, such as API timeouts, corrupted data, and synchronization issues.
- Track test failures to their root cause.
- Review AI-generated outputs for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with developers through code reviews and team discussions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree program.
- A solid foundation in Java.
- Previous experience with a co-op term or professional work.
- Experience writing automated tests.
- Familiarity with APIs.

- This position is fully remote.
- The role is based in Montréal, Quebec.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling start date.
