About the role#
The Digital Transformation Intern supports the innovation delivery lifecycle by focusing on the release phase. This role acts as a bridge between delivery squads and business units to help transition new capabilities into active use. You will be responsible for validating, curating, and cataloging AI and digital assets to ensure internal guidance is well-structured and accessible.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate with innovation owners and business teams to structure internal repositories for clear versioning and searchability.
- Curate supporting materials like how-to guides and tips to assist teams with new capabilities.
- Support the curation, cataloging, and vetting of high-value digital assets, such as prompt libraries and custom assistant configurations.
- Gather user feedback on resources and track adoption metrics to iterate on the internal repository.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly communication materials.
What you'll need#
- Familiarity or interest in prompting techniques, AI tools, and custom assistant configurations.
- Strong organizational skills with an interest in knowledge management, version control, or digital libraries.
- Interest in product management concepts, user adoption, and gathering feedback to improve tools.
- Creative mindset focused on change management and helping colleagues learn new technologies.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY (Hybrid). Candidates must reside within the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, or CT) and work from the New York office.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 21 through December 11).
- Commitment: 20 to 25 hours per week.
- Compensation: $20 per hour for Bachelor's degree candidates; $25 per hour for Master's degree candidates.
