About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you work alongside financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building skills in communication and relationship management. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products.
- Participate in work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support business-critical initiatives.
- Join professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program.
- An interest in investing and wealth management.
- Background in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Experience in leadership roles or student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- The ability to promote customer loyalty.

- Compensation: $20 to $32 per hour.
