Digital Construction & Data Management Intern

About the role#

The Digital Construction & Data Management Intern will support the Data Analytics and Platforms Manager in the implementation and maintenance of digital tools, dashboards, and data workflows for construction projects. This role focuses on organizing project information, improving reporting, automating processes, and supporting the adoption of digital platforms across the company.

What you'll do#

• Support the administration, organization, and use of Procore for project data, workflows, and reporting.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create and improve Power Apps used to collect, manage, and visualize project information.
• Clean, organize, and validate data from various project sources.
• Assist with the automation of repetitive tasks and reporting processes.
• Support the preparation of user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather requirements and provide support for digital tools.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Engineering, Management Science and Analytics, Civil Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in construction technology, data analytics, and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge or a willingness to learn Power BI, Power Apps, and Procore.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize information clearly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
