About the role#
Ferguson Construction is hiring an Architectural Co-op for the Summer 2027 term. This position is based in our Sidney, Ohio office and works directly with our Managing Architect and design staff. You will gain construction knowledge by working alongside our design team, civil designers, estimators, and site superintendents. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
- Design, draft, and detail preliminary and construction documents.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and animations using Revit and Enscape.
- Provide design and detailing input for various building types.
- Collaborate with business development, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Assist with the assembly of project documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Architecture.
- Ability to commute to the office in Sidney, Ohio.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- An understanding of construction processes is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
