About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience by training with department management, professional staff, and support teams. You will gain a working knowledge of the tools and applications used within the functional area while performing project work under supervision. Assignments are directly related to your field of study.

- Learn to use department-specific applications and tools.
- Follow all company policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently on tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a junior level or higher at an accredited college or university, or graduation within the last 12 months.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A reliable work ethic with a focus on problem-solving.
- A preferred focus on transportation logistics or a related quantitative discipline.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship with a rolling term.
- Positions are located in Memphis, Tennessee, or Harrison, Arkansas.
- Bachelor's students earn $25.00 per hour, and graduate students earn $30.00 per hour.
- A $2,000 relocation allowance is available for those moving 50 or more miles, subject to documentation requirements.
