About the role#
The Production Intern gains hands-on experience in live church production while supporting the mission of Faith Church. You will work alongside staff and volunteers to support worship services, events, and ministry environments. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule tailored to your availability, with a focus on weekend services and campus needs.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Production Team with audio, lighting, and general production needs.
- Set up, operate, and tear down equipment for services and events.
- Learn to use production software and hardware under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Observe and assist with sound checks, rehearsals, and special events.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and communicate equipment concerns.
- Maintain production areas, cables, and workspaces to ensure they remain clean and organized.
- Participate in training, coaching, and weekly staff meetings.
- Work cooperatively with staff, worship leaders, and volunteers.
What you'll need#
- A fully devoted follower of Christ with Godly character and integrity.
- Alignment with the church vision, leadership core values, and beliefs, including the empowerment of women in pastoral leadership.
- Belief in and operation of the gifts of the Spirit.
- A commitment to tithing 10% of your income to Faith Church.
- Experience leading a Faith Church connect group and developing the Dream Team.
- Regular attendance at services.
- A teachable spirit, reliability, and a servant-hearted attitude.
- Enrollment or interest in Media Studies or a related field.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site at the Sunset Hills Campus in St Louis, Missouri.
- The position is part-time and paid.
- Scheduling is flexible based on availability, including weekend services.
