About the role#
As a Digital Risk Intern, you will join our Consulting practice to help clients manage digital risks across their business. You will work with diverse teams to assess, design, and implement governance, risk, and control programs. This role involves advising clients on how to manage risks related to AI, cyber security, business applications, data, and third-party vendors.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with clients across various sectors to identify risks and evaluate controls.
- Analyze complex financial, operational, and IT processes.
- Use firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
- Assess and articulate the risks that AI presents to client operations.
- Develop solutions that enable clients to grow and safeguard their business.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in management information systems, technology, computer science, business analytics, or a related field.
- A strong interest in technology and risk management.
- Ability to analyze financial, operational, and IT processes.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
- For Government & Public Sector practice candidates: U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to client sites and offices.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with an expectation of in-person teaming at a client site or EY office an average of 3 days per week.
