About the role#
As an Intelligence Solutions Intern, you will support analysts and managers with cross-functional tasks. You will help our customers understand supply chain risks and connect distant disruptions to localized vulnerabilities.
What you'll do#
- Monitor current affairs in the Americas and APAC regions to detect events like geopolitical crises, natural disasters, labor strikes, and trade restrictions.
- Analyze incoming data streams to determine relevancy and impact.
- Write and report time-sensitive risk alerts for clients using open-source, exclusive, and proprietary information.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or other Social Sciences.
- Proficient English skills, both oral and written, with the ability to write error-free.
- Required proficiency in Mandarin.
- Interest in current affairs and news.
- Knowledge of socioeconomic and political dynamics in the Americas and APAC regions.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes.
- Ability to work in a global environment and navigate cultural differences.
- Comfort working in a fluid environment and managing uncertainty.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, paid internship.
- The role requires 15-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8am and 6pm (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time).
- The term lasts 5-6 months, starting in October 2026.
- You must be authorized to work in the US. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
