About the role#
We are looking for an intern to support the Network Services Program and Project Management Office. You will gain experience in the planning, coordination, and governance of cellular network site development and deployment projects. You will work alongside project managers, engineering teams, field operations, and customers to track progress and keep initiatives on schedule.
What you'll do#
- Maintain project plans, schedules, milestone trackers, and action logs for Radio Access Network site initiatives.
- Collect stakeholder updates to prepare weekly and monthly status reports on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Support resource planning, meeting coordination, and project governance activities.
- Identify schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and delivery risks.
- Develop dashboards, presentations, and portfolio summaries.
- Verify that project records are accurate, complete, and stored according to requirements.
- Identify reporting gaps and suggest improvements to PMO processes.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university.
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, telecommunications, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, or basic programming.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.
- Interest in project management, data analysis, and technical tools.
- Curiosity about AI and openness to using AI-assisted tools in your workflow.
