About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship focused on the Commodities business. You will work on projects related to market supply, demand, storage, and transportation fundamentals. You will gain exposure to the energy market while working with various groups within the Commodities team to improve processes and create value.
What you'll do#
- Assist with Commodities-related projects and processes, working both individually and as part of a team.
- Provide analytical support for the Commodities department across a wide range of topics.
- Interact with various levels of the organization.
- Develop and present your analysis results to senior management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Completion of at least your sophomore year at an accredited 4-year degree program.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status.
Location & details#
- This role is remote, though it is not available for residents of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, or Tennessee unless you are willing to relocate.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
