About the role#
The Data Analyst Intern supports the Digital Solutions Division through data analysis, digital tools, and technology initiatives. This role focuses on improving business performance and customer experience. You will gain hands-on experience with data management, business intelligence, and digital transformation while working with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do#
- Support E-Commerce, RAC, and digital transformation initiatives through system administration and process improvement.
- Assist with Salesforce administration, customer and dealer data mapping, and data cleanup.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to translate data into insights.
- Analyze customer, sales, equipment, and E-Shop data to identify trends.
- Partner with team members on customer engagements, site visits, and strategic projects.
- Support AI and business optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Complete projects that contribute to digital growth strategy and present a final summary of your work.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or an Engineering field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Preferred graduation date in Spring 2027 or Fall 2027.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, database tools, or similar data analysis technologies is preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous internship or academic project experience in mining, technology, or engineering is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Broomfield, Colorado.
- Term: Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters.
- Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $23 per hour.
