About the role#
As a Product Support Intern, you will work with Product Managers, Application Specialists, and R&D teams to support Rotary, DTH, and Raisebore product lines. This position offers hands-on exposure to drilling technologies, mine site operations, and product development. You will gain insight into how mining equipment is tested, supported, and improved.
What you'll do#
- Assist with technical product support activities.
- Participate in field evaluations, proof-of-concept testing, and product performance studies.
- Analyze operating data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain product performance records, test results, and technical documentation.
- Help develop technical training materials and product knowledge resources.
- Visit mine sites and interact with customers to observe drilling applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Centers.
- Prepare summaries and presentations regarding project outcomes and field observations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate Mining Engineering program.
- Anticipated graduation in Fall 2027 or later.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Interest in surface or underground mining methods and drilling technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize technical data.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to travel to mine sites and customer locations as needed.
- Demonstrated leadership through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities is a plus.

- Location: Garland, Texas.
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- The position operates on a rolling basis.
