About the role#
Enviva offers a 12-week internship through the P.E.L.L.E.T. Program. This role provides hands-on experience within our manufacturing operations. You will work on real business projects and gain exposure to the full manufacturing process, from fiber to finished product.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how different roles contribute to safe and efficient operations.
- Participate in community service projects, team bonding activities, and plant tours.
- Present capstone projects to company executives.
- Receive weekly career advice from industry leaders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program related to Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Ability to work on real business projects and operational challenges.
- A collaborative mindset for working across different functions.
Location & details#
- Location: Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2026 (May 10th to July 31st).
- Work Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Note: This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
