About the role#
Entegris is seeking an Operational Excellence Co-Op for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, 6-month assignment based on-site at our facility in Chaska, Minnesota. You will support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization through hands-on process improvement, data analysis, and project coordination.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the delivery of Six Sigma training.
- Design and trial engagement strategies to improve the effectiveness of online training.
- Use Power BI to create reports that highlight response trends for Six Sigma and OpEx exams.
- Update Six Sigma training content to include AI tools and methods.
- Create Six Sigma AI agents to support project completion and feedback.
- Manage project update scheduling, completion accountability, and records maintenance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Statistics.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with university requirements for co-op participation.
- Experience with Power BI, Minitab, or JMP is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Chaska, MN (On-site).
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through June).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
