About the role#
This is a full-time, 6-month co-op position based in Chaska, Minnesota. You will join the North America Customer Service team for the Winter 2027 term, working 40 hours per week from January through June. This role involves direct support of customer service operations, supply chain processes, and business automation initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Monitor the shared customer service inbox and respond to inquiries about quotes, order status, shipments, and lead times.
- Research requests using SAP and internal systems while working with Logistics, Planning, Quality, and Sales teams to resolve issues.
- Assist with routine tasks including order follow-up, shipment tracking, returns coordination, and reporting.
- Contribute to the Customer Service Inbox AI Agent project by testing, classifying emails, documenting processes, and analyzing automation opportunities.
- Support ongoing operational improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- An expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in customer service operations, business process improvement, and artificial intelligence applications.
- Familiarity with your university requirements for participating in a co-op program.
