About the role#
Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is hiring a full-time Marketing Intern to join our team in Simsbury, Connecticut. This is a paid, on-site position that offers hands-on experience within the aerospace and defense sector. You will work alongside our marketing team to support initiatives that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
What you'll do#
- Create and edit marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and social media content.
- Manage digital marketing tasks, including website updates, analytics tracking, and online campaigns.
- Help plan and coordinate trade shows and other company events.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all company platforms.
- Work with internal teams, including Engineering, Business Development, and Human Resources.
- Track and report on the performance of various marketing projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as an undergraduate student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Preference for candidates with an interest in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Google Analytics is helpful.
