About the role#
Enable Injections is hiring a Manufacturing Co-Op for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will support our manufacturing team by ensuring equipment and processes meet quality and efficiency standards.
What you'll do#
- Manage Installation, Operational, and Process/Performance (IQ/OQ/PQ) protocols.
- Conduct Gage Reliability and Reproducibility Studies (GR&Rs).
- Assist with equipment design, sourcing, and process flow improvements.
- Perform time and efficiency studies to optimize production.
- Write work instructions and process specifications.
- Assemble devices and troubleshoot the assembly line.
- Train operators and ensure compliance with established procedures.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage your time well and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to follow defined procedures and adapt to unexpected situations with guidance.
- Skill in organizing data and assessing problems.
- Ability to operate lab instrumentation and office equipment.
- You must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
