    About the role#

    Enable Injections, Inc. is hiring an Accounting Intern for a full-time, on-site role in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a paid position that runs on a rolling basis. You will work directly with our accounting team to support day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks.

    What you'll do#

    • Support purchasing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
    • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
    • Prepare journal entries for monthly activity and adjustments.
    • Research financial information regarding assets, liabilities, capital, and statements of operations.
    • Provide general administrative support to the department.
    • Follow company policies and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

    What you'll need#

    • A High School diploma or GED.
    • Current enrollment in an Accounting, Finance, or related degree program.
    • Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
    • Strong time management skills and the ability to follow defined procedures.
    • Capacity to organize, compare, and interpret basic data while working under guidance.
    • A preference for previous accounting or finance experience.
    • Familiarity with accounting software like SAP is a plus.

    Location & details#

    • This position is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
    • You must be physically present on-site during regular business hours.
    • The role requires the ability to operate office equipment and move about the office to access files.
    • You must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
