About the role#
The IgnitED Rotational Program offers a long-term opportunity to learn how the construction industry functions. You will work through a series of four-month rotations starting in Summer 2027. This program is based in the Greater Toronto Area and focuses on providing exposure to the full project lifecycle, including project management, on-site operations, logistics, estimating, and scheduling.
What you'll do#
- Complete three 4-month internship rotations with different teams between Summer 2027 and Winter 2028.
- Choose to complete an additional internship term in Summer 2028.
- Gain practical experience on-site across various projects.
- Learn how different teams collaborate to deliver major construction projects.
- Connect with business leaders and industry professionals to build your network.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a long-term internship program with at least 12 months of availability.
- A clear interest in building a career within the construction industry.
- Enrollment in an Engineering, Science, or Business program is an asset.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027, Fall 2027, Winter 2028, and optional Summer 2028.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid position ranging from $22 to $26 per hour.
