EllisDon is seeking a Co-op Project Coordinator to support the Operations department. This internship provides hands-on experience in the construction industry, focusing on project administration, reporting, and site-based coordination.
What you'll do#
- Support the project team with administrative functions and assist the on-site project accountant.
- Assist project managers in conducting peer reviews of client reports and generating new reports based on site data.
- Compile documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage incoming calls, organize and coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage resource room schedules, and maintain training materials and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate travel, events, and project-related logistics.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university Co-op program in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related studies.
- Full-time availability from May 4, 2026, to August 21, 2026.
- Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.

- Locations: Montréal, QC and Saguenay, QC.

- Compensation: $22 to $28 per hour.
