About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site as a project coordinator supporting our operations department. This role is open to students currently enrolled in a university Coop program for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
What you'll do#
- Assist the project team with administrative tasks and support the on-site project accountant.
- Help project managers review client reports and create new reports based on site data.
- Ensure all compiled reports meet company standards.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and outgoing correspondence.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
- Coordinate travel, events, and office resources.
- Maintain spreadsheets and training materials.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university Coop program for Engineering or related studies.
- Full-time availability from May 4, 2026, to August 21, 2026.
- Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
