About the role#
We are looking for a Community Events Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will gain hands-on experience in event operations, logistics, and guest engagement while supporting our club and community activities.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the planning, preparation, setup, and breakdown of events.
- Manage event equipment including inflatables, tents, tables, signage, and games.
- Create interactive experiences for members, families, and community guests.
- Support nonprofit fundraising events.
- Engage directly with community members.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Health, Marketing, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience in event planning.
- Familiarity with event logistics.
- Ability to create interactive experiences.
- Enthusiasm for community engagement and an interest in sports and recreation.
