About the role#
The Business and Technology Intern will report to the Director of Product Management for Live Fan Care. You will focus on a project to identify and prioritize Artificial Intelligence opportunities within Fan Care. Your work will aim to improve fan experiences, advisor effectiveness, and overall operational efficiency. You will collaborate with teams to evaluate potential use cases, assess their business value, and build recommendations for future investment.
What you'll do#
- Research and assess AI use cases across Live Fan Care to improve fan experience, advisor productivity, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, current AI capabilities, and innovation opportunities.
- Create a prioritization framework to evaluate AI opportunities based on fan value, business impact, technical feasibility, cost, and return on investment.
- Develop and present a shortlist of AI opportunities, including expected benefits, key considerations, and recommendations for future exploration.
- Produce a final deliverable consisting of an AI Opportunity Assessment and Prioritization Framework, including an inventory of use cases and a weighted evaluation scorecard.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- An anticipated graduation date no earlier than December 2027.
- An interest in Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, and their application to business problems.
- Experience researching and analyzing information to develop data-informed recommendations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
