About the role#
As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will join our team at the Clinton, Indiana manufacturing plant for the summer of 2027. This role offers hands-on experience in a regulated environment, allowing you to work on projects with site-wide impact. You will gain exposure to quality management systems, animal health products, and audit processes while working alongside subject matter experts.
What you'll do#
- Define, measure, analyze, and improve processes within the quality organization.
- Learn how quality functions support manufacturing processes and the broader business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inspection readiness, investigations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with production and analytical processes to ensure they meet required quality standards.
- Study and evaluate design improvement processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

- Location: Clinton, Indiana.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17th to August 6th).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Travel: Approximately 10% travel is required to our corporate facility in Indianapolis for program opening and closing events.
- Compensation: Paid internship with financial support for housing available.
