About the role#
As a Summer 2027 Engineering Intern, you will join the engineering team at our manufacturing plant in Winslow, Maine. You will work on a hands-on technical project focused on improving processes, solving business challenges, and supporting operational excellence. This is a full-time, paid internship designed to provide project-based experience on business-critical needs.
What you'll do#
- Learn the manufacturing environment and how to collaborate with various stakeholders to solve problems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build vendor relationships and implement new process capabilities.
- Create and use data visualization tools.
- Manage documentation updates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Engineering major, such as Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft Suites.
- A willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Location: Winslow, Maine.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17th to August 6th).
- Modality: On-site.
- Travel: 10% travel to the corporate facility in Indianapolis, Indiana for the internship opening and closing.
