About the role#
As an Engineering Intern at the Clinton, Indiana manufacturing plant, you will work on a technical project focused on process improvement and operational excellence. This role offers exposure to various career paths and subject matter experts through site-wide projects.
What you'll do#
- Learn the manufacturing environment and collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build vendor relationships and implement new process capabilities.
- Create and use data visualization tools.
- Update technical documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Engineering degree program, such as Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Biology.
- Experience with Microsoft Suites.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- The primary location is Clinton, Indiana.
- You may be required to travel to the corporate facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, approximately 10 percent of the time.
