About the role#
We are hiring a Science/Engineering Intern to work on-site at our Lyon Station facility. You will join our team to gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects. This role covers the full project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final implementation.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design and development of engineering projects.
- Conduct experiments and document results accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve existing processes.
- Analyze data and create reports to present your findings.
- Support the development of project proposals and technical documents.
- Participate in group meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Learn and apply software tools used in engineering design and analysis.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, as well as Physics or Chemistry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with software such as VBA, Minitab, Matlab, Python, and Office 365 is preferred.
