About the role#
The ITCS End User Support Team is looking for a student worker to join the Purple Pod. You will assist the team with technical tasks and provide support to faculty and staff across campus.
What you'll do#
- Reimage computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Help clients resolve various computer support issues.
- Manage and schedule appointments.
- Meet directly with faculty and staff to address their needs.
- Drive state owned vehicles to perform job duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an ECU student in good standing.
- A minimum GPA of 2.0.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis.
- At least 3 years of driving experience and an acceptable driving record.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Greenville, North Carolina.
- Work is on-site.
- The role covers the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 academic terms.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
