About the role#
DV Trading is looking for a tech-savvy intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. You will learn about IT operations by helping us deliver support to end-users. This role offers the chance to troubleshoot technical issues while building your communication and problem-solving skills.
What you'll do#
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support by logging and prioritizing requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist with hardware troubleshooting, desk setups, and application issues.
- Resolve basic technical problems or escalate them to senior staff.
- Maintain records of support activities and add to our internal knowledge base.
- Manage IT assets and track inventory.
- Provide professional support to our users.
What you'll need#
- You are expected to graduate by Summer 2028.
- You have a keen interest in technology and IT systems.
- You have a basic understanding of operating systems like Windows, macOS, or Linux, as well as general hardware and software.
- You possess strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- You are willing to learn and work as part of a team.
