About the role#
We are looking for a Data Science Intern for our Summer 2027 program. You will join our teams that support business verticals such as marketing, lending, and warranties. This is a full-time, paid internship running for 11 weeks from May 2027 through August 2027. Note that we do not provide sponsorship for this position.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data to provide insights that support business decisions.
- Help develop and implement data models, algorithms, and predictive models.
- Use statistical and machine learning techniques to find patterns in data.
- Assist in creating new ways to increase data intelligence across the business.
- Present your analysis results to colleagues and company leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master program with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A major in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
- An understanding of the Data Science Life Cycle.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in either Tempe, Arizona, or Dallas, Texas.
- You will work a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
