About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to connect your academic studies with real work experience. You will explore our company operations, contribute your own insights, and work on projects that help our business grow. Throughout the program, you will work closely with our management team to research solutions and present your findings.
What you'll do#
- Learn our brand, products, and service goals.
- Take on business-focused projects that require research and proposed solutions.
- Present a final project at the end of your internship.
- Engage directly with customers or clients.
- Assist with department services, sales, and research.
- Suggest improvements for our internal processes and customer service.
- Learn to use our internal systems.
- Help create performance reports and handle general office tasks.
- Evaluate documents and complete other tasks as assigned by your manager.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently enrolled as a student.
- We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Marketing or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position located on-site in Franklin, Tennessee.
- The internship follows a rolling schedule.
