About the role#

This role focuses on gaining insight into our construction operations while contributing to business projects. You will work on-site in Hagerstown, Maryland, as part of a paid, full-time program.
What you'll do#
- Learn the company brand, products, and customer goals.
- Research and propose solutions for business-focused projects, culminating in a final presentation.
- Engage directly with clients and customers to provide support or sales assistance.
- Suggest improvements for internal processes and customer service to management.
- Assist with performance reporting and document evaluation.
- Learn our internal systems and complete daily office tasks.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager.
