About the role#
This internship provides a practical work experience where you connect your academic studies to real-world business assignments. You will work with the DRB Group team to research, propose solutions, and gain insight into our construction operations. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Learn the company brand, products, and service goals.
- Take on business-focused projects that require research and a final presentation.
- Engage with customers and clients to support department services, sales, or research.
- Suggest improvements for internal processes and customer service to management.
- Assist with performance reports, office tasks, and document evaluation.
- Become proficient in our internal systems.
- Provide ideas to help grow the business.
