About the role#
Donnelly-Boland and Associates is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role provides hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding. You will work directly with our HR team to support talent acquisition efforts.
What you'll do#
- Screen resumes to identify potential candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist the HR team with pre-employment documentation and onboarding tasks.
- Handle initial candidate outreach and email communications.
- Attend team meetings and share ideas to improve our recruitment processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Must obtain ACT 33 and 34 clearances.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruiting platforms is helpful.
- Previous internship or academic experience in HR is a plus, as is familiarity with ATS software or knowledge of labor laws.
Location & details#
- Location: Baldwin, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, at least 6 hours a day, two days a week, during normal business hours.
- Availability: Must be available for 4 or more consecutive months.
- Compensation: $14.00 per hour.
