About the role#
The Construction Intern (Owner's Rep) supports the Construction and Architectural Services department. You will assist with on-site project oversight, documentation review, and invoice processing while working alongside senior construction staff.
What you'll do#
- Attend site walks and project meetings, including Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) sessions and monthly cost issue meetings.
- Manage project punch lists using the Procore Punch List Tool.
- Review contractor deliverables and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for accuracy.
- Submit Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) invoices through Yardi.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and processes.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare spreadsheets, and assist with cost estimation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Location: Scottsdale, Arizona.
- Term: Summer 2027 (approximately June 8 to August 20).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
