About the role#
We are looking for a resourceful Social Media Intern to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. You will be responsible for building and managing an in-house UGC creator program from the ground up, including sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with creators. This is an on-site, full-time role for individuals passionate about fashion and social media trends.
What you'll do#
- Build and manage an in-house UGC creator program, handling everything from outreach to onboarding.
- Develop clear content briefs to guide creators.
- Track performance across social platforms to identify trends and iterate on the program quickly.
- Experiment with hooks, formats, and sounds to optimize conversion.
- Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with creators.
- Source and recommend new creators, references, and accounts.
- Use AI tools to streamline outreach, briefing, reporting, and daily workflows.
- Potentially create content yourself.
What you'll need#
- A deep understanding of what makes content perform well and the ability to spot emerging creators.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creators independently.
- Data literacy, including the ability to pull numbers, identify trends, and use insights to inform decisions.
- Strong taste and a genuine passion for fashion.
- Experience with video editing.
- Proficiency with AI tools in your daily workflow.
- Clear writing skills and strong instincts for tone and voice.
- Ability to work as a self-starter without a playbook.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
