Business Analyst (UIUC 2026)

About the role#

As a Business Analyst on the Digital Workplace Solutions team, you will help clients streamline operations using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This consulting-focused position blends business analysis, project management, low-code development, and pre-sales work to design and deliver tailored technical solutions.

What you'll do#

• Meet with clients to provide project updates and scope new business opportunities.
• Analyze business operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Create system specifications, workflow diagrams, and user requirements.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of solutions.
• Design solutions with business goals in mind while driving projects independently.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA of 3.4 or higher.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement low-code tools.
• Exposure to core business systems and data, such as ERP, CRM, or data models.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
