About the role#
As a Business Analyst on the Digital Workplace Solutions team, you will help clients streamline operations using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This consulting-focused position blends business analysis, project management, low-code development, and pre-sales work to design and deliver tailored technical solutions.
What you'll do#
- Meet with clients to provide project updates and scope new business opportunities.
- Analyze business operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Create system specifications, workflow diagrams, and user requirements.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of solutions.
- Design solutions with business goals in mind while driving projects independently.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA of 3.4 or higher.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement low-code tools.
- Exposure to core business systems and data, such as ERP, CRM, or data models.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

- Compensation: $83,000, $110,000 USD, based on experience, industry, and location standards.
